These variations do not constitute grounds for return.
  • Ineligibility for Return, Refund, or Exchange:

The following conditions render products ineligible for return, refund, or exchange:

  • Used or Washed Items: Products that have been used, washed, or altered in any way are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. This includes items that show signs of wear or have been altered from their original state. To ensure eligibility, please keep all items in their original condition and packaging until you are certain of your purchase.
  • Damaged by Customer: Products that have been damaged after delivery due to customer negligence or mishandling cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes, but is not limited to, damage from improper storage, accidental spills, or any other actions that compromise the integrity of the product.

  • Khadi and Linen Products: Our Khadi and linen products are crafted using natural fibres, which may exhibit certain inherent characteristics:
    • Colour Fading: Over time, and with repeated washing, the colour of Khadi garments may fade slightly. This is a natural characteristic of the fabric and is not considered a defect.
    • Size Adjustments: These materials may shrink slightly after the first wash. We recommend that customers purchase a size larger than usual to accommodate this natural behavior.
    • Uniqueness of Design: Each design in our collection is unique, created with eco-friendly dyes and materials. As a result, slight variations in colour and texture from one item to another are natural and contribute to the authenticity and charm of handwoven textiles.
  • Discretionary Exchanges: Exchanges are not guaranteed and are considered on a discretionary basis. If a customer wishes to exchange a product, the request must be made within the stipulated return window and will be evaluated based on the availability of the desired replacement item. The decision to accept or deny an exchange request rests solely with Assi Handloom and will be communicated to the customer after a thorough review.
  • Subjective Consideration: Exchanges are generally offered in cases where the customer requests a different size or product. However, this is highly subjective and depends on the specific circumstances of the request.

7.1 Process

  • Notification: To initiate a return, refund, or exchange, customers must promptly send an email to support@assi-handloom.com within 24 hours of delivery. The email must include the order or consignment number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photographs of the defect or discrepancy.
  • Response Time: Our team is committed to addressing your concerns promptly. You can expect to receive a response from us within 24 to 48 hours of submitting your request. During this time, we will assess the issue and provide you with the necessary instructions to proceed.

7.2 Refund Process

  • Full Refunds: If the returned product meets our eligibility criteria, a full refund will be processed. The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days from the date of approval. Please note that the processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
  • Partial Refunds: If the product does not qualify for a full refund due to minor discrepancies or customer-induced issues, a deduction of 40% of the total value will be applied, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
